Two records smashed at the Outeniqua Quest Trail Run!
Despite very cold and wet conditions, both the Outeniqua Quest 108km and the Xtreme 132km records were smashed the weekend. Samuel Holtzkampf and Andrea Biffi, took the lead right from the start, arriving at each hut, almost at the same time, until the 6rd leg, when Andrea took the lead and finishing the 108km Quest in 12h49, breaking the 2014 record with 11min. Samuel continued on to finish the 132km Xtreme in a time of 12h55, also breaking the record with almost an hour. Lizani Grant first Female home in the 108km in a time of 17h54. The Outeniqua Quest Lite, was won by Grant Ayton in a time of 6h27 and female Kerry Longhurst in 7h07.
