This refers to the number of days before the event date, and the % of your paid entry fee that will be refunded:

51 days and more before the event date:  100%

41 – 50 days before: 80%

31 – 40 days before: 60%

21 – 30 days before: 40%

11 – 20 days before: 20%

10 days or less before: 0%

This policy is in place due to the committed cost outlays that the Organization must make before the event, and based on entry numbers. Pre-event costs include supplies, race numbers, medals, medics, service providers, calendar fees, staff and many other items that need to be in place for you to enjoy a safe and enjoyable event.
