44km – all the way around Table Mountain, all the views, a trail running feast! For trail runners who know what they’re doing.

22km – half of Table Mountain, the iconic table top views! Excellent training, mix of jeep tracks and single tracks, marked route.

15km (new) – the front face, easier running, but, not easy. Beginner Trail runners and weekend warriors.
