The Muizenberg Monster 2016, a Beach Run for the whole family.
Late entries Open at 6am, cash only. Pre Entries Closed.
Running in shoes is highly recommended.
Mini Monster, Family Fun: 6km
Sunrise Monster: 10km
Big M! – Muizenberg Monster: 20km
Race course is all on the beach – NO ROAD or mountain. Cut off time is high tide… NO DOGS, sorry!
Start Venue
All events start on the beach, at the Promenade, next to Putt putt and the water slides.
All 3 events are Out and Back, runners turn around at a Check Point marshal.
Entry Fee and Start Time
Big M 20km: R95
Sunrise 10km: R50
Mini Monster 6km: 7.30am – TBC
Registration open from 6:00am, to collect your race number.
All in aid of having lots of running fun with beautiful views.
Note – no water tables, run with hydration pack (no litter), no goodie bags and no medals, no moans!
