And it’s very own lifesaving club is providing you the opportunity to explore it all! A trail run at the heart of Cape Town’s coastal beauty – raising funds for the lifesaving club that keeps YOUR beach safe.

RACE DATE:  SATURDAY 25 SEPTEMBER 2021

RACE TIME:   8h00 START

VENUE:          LLANDUDNO SURF LIFESAVING CLUB

Parking for runners available in suburb roads, please be mindful of residents.

Llands&Sands Solo 12km –         R150

Llands&Sands Solo 5km –           R100

Llands&Sands Duo 5km –            R180

Nipper Beach Fun Run 2km –       R50

We welcome your additional, generous donations to this fundraiser event to assist maintenance of the Lifesaving Club – entry link includes donation option.

In the event of a cancelled entry, it will be carried over to the next Llands&Sands Trail Run.

RECOMMENDED KIT

1. Water – Carry at least 1L (ONE WATER TABLE)
2. Fully charged cellphone (076 738 0565 – emergencies only)
3. Windbreaker is advised. Waterproof jacket is compulsory if rain is expected.

Llands&Sands Routes

Llandudno Beach – the NORTH side of the beach below the wooden ramp of the Lifesaving Club is the start point AND the finish line for the 12km, 5km and 2km fun run.

Route marking and marshals will keep you on the trail.

12KM ROUTE – start on beach; trails to Sandy Bay; Llandudno suburb and greenbelts; finish at Llandudno Beach

5KM ROUTE – start on beach; Llandudno suburb and greenbelts; finish at Llandudno Beach

2KM BEACH FUN RUN – nipper fun run will consist of two laps of Llandudno’s pristine white-sand beach
