DESCRIPTION:This is a tough event for Cederberg and Mountain lovers. \nFor the discerning trail runner who enjoys adventure and wilderness. \nYou need to be self-sufficient\, there is no pampering other than of endless panoramic views. \nA skyline trail around the amphitheater of the Kromrivier Valley. \nThe highest point of the trail is Donkerkloof Peak is at 1750 metres. Looking north you can see Sneeuberg\, the highest summit in the Cederberg. \nThe route traverses 6 Peaks\, and each must be reached within a Cut off time\, or you will be short coursed down the Valley. \nBut\, we are generous and if you can hike fast\, maintaining a reasonable tempo\, you will enjoy a thrilling day out. \nThe total distance is 42km\, and the elevation gain a very pleasant 2100m – we start at 1000m\, at Kromrivier Farm. \nEntry Fee 42km: \nRunners Special: R2500 \nEarly Bird: R2900 \nStandard fee: R3500 \nEntry Fee 22km: \nRunners Special: R1500 \nEarly Bird: R1800 \nStandard fee: R2100 \nEntry includes: \n\nRace garment and buff\nConservation fee\nGoodie Bag\nWine and beer tasting\nFinisher’s Feast\n\nAccommodation:  \nMail Landi HERE to book your accommodation. \nLuxury Chalets – R3000 per night\, min 2 nights stay.
