Put on your best costume and dare to explore Muratie’s Forest singletrack with a fun Halloween theme. Dirtopia has been hosting this event since 2013 and this historic wine farm is the perfect venue with spider webs in the windows of the buildings…
Don’t be scared as you’ll be treated to fantastic singletrack and LIVE music from MixTape aka ‘ghostbusters’

VENUE: Dirtopia Trail Centre, Muratie wine estate, Knorhoek Road, R44 Stellenbosch
REGISTRATION: From 18h00 at Dirtopia Trail Centre, Muratie
DISTANCES & ROUTE DESCRIPTIONS: Beautiful singletrack trails that climbs to the ridge with stunning views of the sunset and back down to Muratie through the forest and more hand-built singletrack. Walkers welcome. Kids welcome.

5km – Short route runners will follow the same markers as the long distance to the ridge and central point at Gilloolys with a great view where you will find a water point. Head down the HoChiMihn singletrack forest and hope you make it back to Muratie…
10km – An extra loop after the refreshment station about half-way at Gillooly’s. More forest singletrack = more time to be spooked…
Be aware of unseen Halloween visitors, as legend has it that there are zombies in the forest. REMEMBER: Yield for ghosts
