SUMMARY:Endurade JBayX 3-Stage Trail Run
DESCRIPTION:The 2018 Endurade JBayX Trail Run is a 2-day\, 3-stage Trail Run\, now in its 4th year and totally unique in concept\, entailing 3 individual 20Km Trail Runs over only 2 days\, with events starting exactly 12-hours apart\, including a night run. The 60Km total distance will test the ‘mettle’ & endurance of all participants. In-order to appeal to the wider Trail Running community\, there will be a 20Km & 10Km Trail Run and a 5km Beach Run / Walk presented as well. The event grew from ‘only’ nine 3x20Km Stage Runners in 2015 to 50 in 2017 – with more than 220 runners taking part in the 2017 individual runs. Landie & Christiaan Greyling will be back and will present a practical Greyling Coaching Academy Trail Run Workshop on Friday 13 July\, with Trail Runs taking place on 14 & 15 July ’18. \nPrices: R65\, R170\, R290\, R1290 \nT-shirt included for Stage Race entry. \nVenue: SuperTubes Park\, Da Gama Road\, Jeffrey’s Bay\, 6330 \nContact:\nRieghard Janse Van Rensburg\n071 896 6831\nrieghard@me.com \n
