SUMMARY:Chokka Trail Run
DESCRIPTION:The annual Chokka Trail Run will take place on Sunday 6 August 2023 in the greater St Francis area\, Eastern Cape\, with the start and finish at the host venue\, the Cape St Francis Resort. \nEnter now \nAll the races (62km\, 43km\, 23km and 10km) will take place on Sunday 6 August.  Prize giving will be at 12h30. \nLate registration and number collection will be on Saturday 5 August between 15h00 and 17h00 at the Cape St Francis Resort. \nRace details: \n62km:  Race briefing is at 06h45 and the race starts at 07h00. \n42km:  Late registration from 06h45 – 07h00\, race briefing at 07h00 and the race starts at 07h15. \n23km:  Late registration from 06h45 – 07h15\, race briefing at 7h15 and the race starts at 07h30. \n10km:  Late registration from 07h15 – 07h45\, race briefing at 07h45 and the race starts at 08h00. \nEntry fees: \n62km:  R1 300 which includes a race shirt (until 30/06/2023) and tracker\, R1 350 after 30 June. \n42km:  R1 000 which includes a race shirt (until 30/06/2023) and tracker\, R1050 after 30 June. \n23km:  R280 which includes a race buff (until 30/06/2023)\, R330 after 30 June. \n10km:  R180 which includes a race buff (until 30/06/2023)\, R230 after 30 June. \nOnly entries paid by 30 June 2023 will qualify for the free shirt/buff. \nAdditional race shirts (moisture management) and buffs can be ordered until 30 June 2023 at R350 per shirt\, and R80 per buff.  Please note a late registration fee of R100 per entry might be charged at the venue. \nAccommodation \nThe Cape St Francis Resort offers a crazy weekend special:  book 2 nights and you get a third one free\, while children under 12 stay for half price.  Contact Anita Lennox on reservations@capestfrancisresort.co.za to book. \nBeneficiary \nThe beneficiary of the Chokka Trail Run is the Beach Clean-up Project.  The race is organised by St Francis Sport and hosted by the Cape St Francis Resort with internet support by TCS St Francis Bay. \n  \nEsti Stewart 073 825 0835 \nEric Stewart 082 394 7363 \nOr email chokkatrail@gmail.com \nMore information: www.stfrancissport.co.za/
