DESCRIPTION:22km\nCape Town boasts of the spectacular\, natural mountain environment of the Table Mountain National Park within its central city limits. The 22km Sanlam Cape Town Trail Runs route will take you above the bustling city and gloriously immerse your in the sights and sounds of nature as you take to the trails around Signal Hill and Lion’s Head. Enjoy stunning city and iconic Table Mountain vistas and sweeping Atlantic Ocean views from the contour path on Lion’s Head before making the descent to finish at Green Point Stadium. The cut off is a generous five hours. \n46km\nWith 46km and 2200m of vert\, runners will traverse from the stadium to above the city through the Table Mountain National Park and experience the flora\, fauna and sweeping vistas of and Atlantic Ocean. The trail weaves through one of the world’s most diverse and rare floral kingdoms\, the Cape Floristic Region. Many of the species seen on this trail cannot be found anywhere else on Earth.
