TABLE MOUNTAIN CHALLENGE– Year 20! New Date – Saturday, 9 November.

44km – all the way around Table Mountain, all the views, a trail running feast! For trail runners who know what they’re doing.

22km – half of Table Mountain, the iconic table top views! Excellent training, mix of jeep tracks and single tracks, marked route.

15km – the front face, easier running, but, not easy. Beginner Trail runners and weekend warriors.

KIDS ZONE:

Bring along your kiddies for a fun filled day at the finishers field. Jumping castle, kiddie activities and a Kiddies Run at 11:30am

TMC FUN:

Supporters welcome to join for the start/finish line fun. Bring a picnic blanket and your gees, coffee brewing from 6:00am, lekker food and cold beverages on sale all day.

RECOMMENDED KIT:

1. Water – Carry at least 1.5L

2. Food – Energy Bar/ Sandwich/ Banana.

3. Fully charged cellphone.

4. Windbreaker is compulsory. Waterproof jacket is compulsory if rain is expected. NO EXCUSES!
