Start: 8h00 (12km) and 8h05 (7km)

Entry fees: R120 (12km) and R100 (7km)

Runners have the opportunity to experience the natural beauty of the area choosing between a 7km or a 12km trail consisting of single track through vineyards, pristine fynbos and along a mountain stream. Both distances will traverse the slopes of Groenberg, with the 12km route going on to explore the lower areas of Bainskloof. Runners and supporters can stay on to indulge themselves with good coffee, food and wine at Die Ou Meul coffee shop at Welvanpas.
